Not so sure, Gobbers, I seem to remember a couple of sparsely attended matches in the mid 80's. League Cup possibly. We got more than Derby v Millwall last night. Mr Mosquito
Not so sure, Gobbers, I seem to remember a couple of sparsely attended matches in the mid 80's. League Cup possibly. We got more than Derby v Millwall last night. Bristol City v Cardiff City has always been a top fixture in the FA Cup or whatever league division. A sub 10,000 attendance for this fixture is astonishing. For example, 51,626 were present on Easter Monday, 1947 for the Div 3 South Cardiff City match with Bristol City at Ninian park. Whether it be weather, bubble trip restrictions or whatever - last night's fixture has to be a record low attendance between the clubs.
