He showed little to no leadership qualities and he did not give Fonts much help when the lad was clearly struggling. Hartley is proving himself to be a real leader. Maybe LC could do with being relieved of his leadership duties to concentrate on his playing role. He still has a heck of a lot to offer our club. The captain is the managers mouthpiece on the pitch - Hartley is the closest we have to that and he should be skipper. Failing that, give it to Orr and he may well turn his negative gobbing off into something positive and at least he communicates with other players on the pitch. defo agree with Hartley. orr not so much but then thinking about it, who else is there??
