Lack of Action Man
Lack of concentration, confidence and at times competence in defenceEstablishing good communication between goalkeeper and defence and therefore promoting confidence between the keeper and defence .Lack of quality service to the strikersLack of effective play involving usage of the wings and wingers. The late goal curseBalancing youth and experience within the squadFinally, ensuring that the strengths and weaknesses of every player are fully understood and that a side can be built around the necessary playing staff.Any others, bung em in here. And end up like the toon changing managers left right and centre. We are 11th in league, yesterday was unbelivably shocking. Just be patient, if you dont want to pay your money and sit there and watch dross, then go away for a couple of seasons, let GJ build a team then comeback when hopefully footie will be better. In GJ we trust

In GJ we trust You can't just keep pushing 'In Gary Johnson we trust' and expect everyone to tow the line. What has to be addressed is that a significant portion of the fan base no longer trust him or his judgement and this needs to be addressed, either by him quickly winning the doubters round with improved performances and a bit of honesty in the media or by a regime change. On the list, they just strike me as a list of things fundamental to managing a decent football team

fka dagest
I simply wonder if many of our concentration, communication and confidence issues would be solved by a consistent starting 11. There are too many players who are in the team one week and out the next. Ivan Sproule is the best example, cracking games agaisnt Leicester and Preston and demoted to the bench again within 2 games. The likes of him Clarkson, Saborio, Sno probably don't know whether they're coming or going.
CiderHider
...and if we can just.. 8. Play players that will allways play well 9. BCAGFC
Central defence is vital to any team and I was laughed at when, at the start of the season, I said we needed 2 nasty central defenders, Louis Carey's concentration/positional sense and distribution has never been the best and Liam Fontaine proved last night that he is a long way off the finished article. 2 Chris Morgan's will do me or 1 Shaun Taylor..... The Casual Connoisseur
In Gary johnson we trust, sorry but bollocks. It's time to move on, any manager that can't compile abalanced squad with no competition for many positions, has an attitude with the fans, can't inspire the players shall I go on is not the man to lead us forward. We need a man with championship experience, gj has taken us as far as he can, accept it and move on.

Who else would we abuse!? All fans need a figure of hate - if it's not the ref, or Colin, it's our own manager. And a few more to add to your list: 37. Play the same team consistently 38. Use the rotation system 39. Learn how to use substitues properly 40. Play the same team for 90 mins I'm not convinced by number 34, though...
