You transformed a struggling League One team into an established Championship club which came within one match of securing promotion to the Premier League. As with a lot of things in life, if you don't continue to move forward you can end up slipping backwards and unfortunately this is what has happened. Apart from this season the journey has been great and it is a shame that it has come to an end. I will miss your sense of humour and sincerely wish you all the best for the future.
