jimtastic Posted March 31, 2010 Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 Because I originally tried to order when they were switching the offer from 2 for 10, to £5 each, I couldn't order. Then when I did manage it later, I was emailed later to say that the away shirt was out of stock and they were refunding it (given I was already paying postage, I'd rather they'd put another home shirt it, but ho hum). Can't really knock the customer service, as the club shop were communicative throughout and the shirt arrived next day, but in this instance, I think that the web site let them down a bit.
