He said basically that nobody had won because the electorate had actually punished all 3 parties in different ways and for different reasons. The electorate had had enough of Gormeless Brown and his New Liebore, The tories still were'nt trusted and the electorate had seen through the holes in the Lib Dems policies.

The Telegraph notes that the difference between a hung parliament and outright Conservative victory was the UKIP vote. Maybe they need to look again at their love-in with the bureaucrats of Brussels.
