To view it, click the 'Documents' icon to the right of the news ticker. This opens up a gadget with a floating window, in which you'll see the transcript (see double red arrow above). If you don't yet have the toolbar, you can download it - also for free - from here: Toolbar info and download page It only takes a minute or two - then you can read the transcript ... that takes a bit longer!!
