GrahamC
.........Richard Keogh. Can't believe he's heading back to BS3, but it seemed very odd that a current Carlisle player should be shopping in Bristol. Don't say he's going North of the river? Tim S
There is a new club opening in Bristol tonight on Baldwin Street called Haze. It has a free bar between 8-10pm. Perhaps Keogh got wind of it. Need I say more????
Enoch
Maybe he still has Friends or Family in Bristol?

Admin phantom Posted May 27, 2010 Admin Report Share Posted May 27, 2010 He does not play for Carlisle anymore, he asked to leave at the end of last season. He still has many friends in this area from his BCFC days

Ron
Joining the G*s Hopefully not, very good signing for them if true, and a Coles - Keogh centre-back pairing? Disgraceful.

Kid in the Riot
Could of done with him last season? Who, the gas? Keogh is a complete boozehound barely fit enough to play golf let alone football. No doubt we'll have donnie jumping to his defence spouting some shite about how Keogh was 'mismanaged' by Johnson. End of the day Keogh missed A LOT of training sessions at BCFC (just like a certain Mr Blackman) and that attitude is not professional and simply not good enough. Would fit the bill at the gas perfectly and join his fellow piss head **** of a friend Danny Coles.

Gary Johnson rid us of the booze culture and was rightly ruthless with players who were unprofessional. It matters not how talented a player is; if he is not prepared to knuckle down and work hard he will not realise his potential. How many of those have we seen in recent years? Messi, the most gifted player in the world, is also one of the hardest working and pretty free of the trappings of stardom that even some lower league players in this country seem to think they are due. Keogh had the ability to play at CCC level but blew it. Hard to have any sympathy.

Same in any sport -talent is only any use if its applied - Kevin Pieterson is said to train harder than anyone - genius and application are a recipe for stardom.
