Kieswetter's mother is Scottish and on that basis he holds a UK passport. He was schooled at Millfeild. And when I met him towards the end of last season he was drinking a pint of Scrumpy. And his father is an Afrikaaner, English my arse. Played for SA in the U19 World Cup. Twas most depressing watching him & Pietersen in the recent 20/20 WC, & I won't give a toss if he hits the winning runs in the Ashes.
