We're not bad off money-wise. There is a multi-millionaire behind IOR - the company that owns us. People seem to suggest we've spent nothing on players. Turner spent an absolute fortune on transfers and wages by our standards - The likes of Peter Beardsley and Gordon Watson did'nt come cheap. We have no problems with debt and are one of the best run clubs in the football league. Then again, we are Hartlepool, so we must be cr** and have no money! Do we have the heart to beat you? course we do you seem to be under estimating us quite alot hpoolfan. Just look at the results we've got against the top teams this season. Blooming heck they have Beardsley playing for them - he didnt make much impact in the first leg though did he ?
