SimplyRed
I don't know whether this has been mentioned before, nor whether it actually holds true, or just the games I watched but... Am I imagining it, or does the 'added time' at the end of the first half of the games always seem to be ONE MINUTE? I can't recall watching a game during the tournament where the added time at the end of the first half WASN'T one minute - anybody know?
redredrobin21
The added time for the first half of the game is not a critical one so I guess that the referees take less time to calculate its duration. Morevover, there are, most of the times, less players' replacements during the first half than during the second one (30 seconds per replacement)
Riaz
I've seen a few games that have had no added time.

Nibor
I think the main reason is the advice to allow 30 seconds per sub - almost all of which are second half.
