We all know that Ashton Vale has planning permission for redevelopment (pending Town Green status), so that's not the issue here. The biggest problem was maximising the sale of AG for as much cash as possible. So, if we were to sell Ashton Gate to the next best bidder, how much short would we be (compared to the Sainsbury's bid), and could us as fans, be likely to raise that additional capital?
