My opinion is that Poll is an excellent ref and will handle the game fairly and will remain in control at all times (unlike Saturday's ref) tonight. I have no worries in that area... he doesn't take any nonsense and neither the crowd or the players will colour his decisions... CiderEagle Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 Poll is OK, and as for Collina, I saw him live refereeing a game between Fulham and Hertha Berlin a couple of years ago and, surprise surprise, although he was generally excellent, he did make mistakes.
