Esmond Million's Bung Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 To anyone who voted Lib Dem and are now moaning, Perhaps you can now see why voting for these fools will always be a wasted vote and why they have had to hold on to the Tories coat tails to have any power whatsoever and why the general public will never vote these morons into power in their own right nationally. What is the mentality of our council leaders spending 'OUR' money promoting Bristol's bid as a world cup venue and then voting against the main source of income to build the stadium that will be needed to hold world cup matches. The Lib Dems since they have held power in Bristol have consistently voted down any planning attempt to improve the leisure facilities in Bristol, We do not have an olympic sized swimming pool, We do not have a good enough music venue and now we will not have a first class sporting venue. Sadly the Lib Dems are and will always be a party more concerned about the civil liberties of terrorists, murderers, child rapists etc. than the safety and enjoyment of the wider community.
