Portsmouth - Do They Suffer A Points Deduction?

Just wondering if anyone knew if there was a deadline for them to exit administration before they are hit with a points deduction for this season, or do they not get penalised because it's already happened to them in the Prem? I had a feeling that Bournemouth Rotherham or Luton got hit with this because they hadn't come out of administration in time, but may be that I'm wrong. Couldn't see anything anywhere about it.

I know we would love to win promotion/reach the play-offs from a level playing field, but the more teams starting with a handicap means our odds of getting there (or surviving relegation!) increase!
