Will Rollason Posted May 20, 2004 Report Share Posted May 20, 2004 I watched glumly as we put in one of the worst performances of the season.Never seen a defence hoof it so badly and so often,bypassing our midfield.Tinns no longer has the engine for central mid and Doc was v.sloppy.Peacock cant head a ball,he cant do it properly(nor can i ) Woodman is too shy to be a left back and was woeful as a midfielder,Rouge was ordinary and he and Roberts panicked in front of goal. When Leapy went off D.W puts Rouge up front where he's a fish out of water,leaving our only other stricking option(why no Miller Danny???) on bench till end. so we had ... CH.....CH....CH....CH..... RW(hooray)...md....md....lb... ....rw...rw.... Okay i'm counting Robrerts as a winger It was ugly and frustrating,Pool so deserved to be ahead,end of season.....but then...... Duncan Ferguson would have been proud of that header. 3-5-2 attack! only one team in it. Roberts doesnt panic... We win and i still cant belive we mugged them. We always lose those games Not last night ..................Phillips. ............coles ....butler....hilll.... murray...rougier...doc....tinns......freezer.... ........roberts.....miller........
