Get someone in NOW so he can assess the team before Jan and makes his changes. Millen is out of his depth, he needs to practise his trade in League 1 or 2. Disaster at Derby, kept announcing the players weren't good enough, completely destroyed any confidence they may of had, apart from that,.......... great shout. Fair point but he did amazing things at Bradford and Wigan- when he has a supportive board he does well, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday were in turmoil.
