No Sunglasses For Stewards.

Following on from a topic here in the week, you may have noticed that no stewards or security staff wore sunglasses today, even though it was bright sunshine before kick off. They were informed that sunglasses were banned unless they have a medical condition requiring the use of them. So, it shows that the club do take note of the fans complaints, either by letter / email or just through this forum.

Just out of interest, what was the original complaint?

I did spot one wearing sunglasses near the away end wearing 013 fluorescent jacket although he might have been from the Norwich security staff.

I also did notice the thug standing outside of the Dolman stand,he looked more like Jabba the hut to me.

Why are thugs so UGLY?

I did see a steward before the game wearing sunglasses,he walked along the front of the eastend, obviously i don't know if he had any medical condition to allow him to wear them.

Well the point was made on here that all the security staff, havve taken to wearing sunglasses, even for night matches , which is ridiculous. It gives the appearance of trying to look like a gangster, and actually is a very threatening look. In truth, security staff wear sunglasses to disguise their emotions which can be read by looking at their eyes. I feel not only is this a good move by the agency which supplies these staff members, and also a good sign that they are listening to the supporters.
