You don't want to change too much in defence if you can help it because you are never going to get any togetherness. "Defenders only get better by playing together, so that's a problem." Yet we had a very good performance againts Portsmouth, yet swap shape and team and put JCR as wing back against a top 6 side? Ribs had been looing good, we needed to build stability at the back and not give away 3 goals for the 4th time this season. This not only distruputed the defence but also , Albert who is our best performer is out of poisition and keeps wandering back to the wing leaving Stead as the lone ranger with no support.
