Tinnion Better Than Millen

Im fed up with the blind faith shown toward Millen with people saying Millen needs time, although I except it's not easy and some time is needed to settle things down Millen is now 9 games in and as only managed 1 win in 9 and lets be honest, that was more luck than ability on our part. We are so bad and disorganised it's embarrassing. I really don't see where he goes from here?

In fact Tinnion actually had more points and a far superior GD in his first 9 matches:

********P*W*D*L*GD*POINTS

Tinnion*9*2*3*4**-2**9

Millen**9*1*3*5**-8**6

We all know how the Tinnion reign ended and he was given more time, a season and a bit but was never really up to the job and is now generally considered as one of the worst managers we've ever seen down the Gate. Although Tinnion lost 4 of his first 9 all the matches bar one were lost by the odd goal.

Bottom line being we all know where is will end sooner or later! so I say act now and lets not set our club back any further by giving Millen any more time in the hot seat. Lansdown needs to act now and admit he made a gaff and we all move on.

Reality is every week Millen stays in the job will mean we're a week closer to league 1.

Didn't Millen only lose 1 match of his first nine?

Don't think its fair comparison as Tinnion was Manager for the whole of the pre sesson in league 1 where Tinnion was left to take the over the rains during the league season of the championship with half the squad out injured.

We were in a lower division under tinnion

True but then you could argue that Tinman never had the squad Millen has at his disposal.

For now forget direct comparisons, the point Im making is Tinnion was always out of his depth but people kept saying give him time he'll improve but it never did. Lets learn from that and not make the same mistake by keeping Millen on.

Sure he'll win a couple here and there but we are already more than 1 win away from safety and after trips to Cardiff and Boro not to mention Reading and QPR at home we could be cut adrift by the end of October. Sounds dramatic but it's very likely.

Millen needs to go now so we have time to put it right. Christmas will be to late.
