redcherryberry Posted October 15, 2010 Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 I recently enrolled my 3 month old baby son into the City Redz - waited three weeks for our confirmation letter to finally come through. Opened up the letter to find our/his surname spelt wrong (no excuses I'm on the database correct surname/ house address). Tried to ring the marketing department only to find the number provided on the letter was also incorrect . Found the right number on the website. Tried to ring up twice within the hour but engaged both times . I know it's not the end of the world but makes me angry simple things like this the club cant get right. A joke on and off the pitch!
