I don't know if this of any help but have a look at the following:

http://maps.environm...5&lg=2,&scale=5

The link is to the Environment Agency's Whats in Your Backyard. There was a historic landfill consent issued by the Environment Agency and its predecessor on the Ashton Vale site stretching back to the early 1980s...

Site name

Site address

First waste received

Last waste received

Phase 2 Of Landfill Site At Parsonage Farm

Parsonage Farm, Long Ashton, Bristol

27 OCT 1983

25 JUN 1991

i.e. Last waste received less than 20 years ago.

If this is of any use use how do i submit to BCFC?

I can't believe that this woman who has recommend turning the site into a village green would not have check this site and the dates, because if she hasn't that would surely make her totally incompetent. Rather that easily led and misguided.
