Dave L Posted October 25, 2010 Report Share Posted October 25, 2010 The club has received this email from a Leeds fan: hello,my name is phil burton a leeds utd fan from castleford.I have a request and would like to know if you could help in any way please.I am try ing to contact a bristol c fan before the leeds match in the hope of meeting him again.If I leave you all the details would you be kind enough to see if there is any thing you could do.(they are vaugue details).The lad was called danny who was engaged to a girl called claire.He was a postman and claire a travel agent.We met them in hersonnisoss in crete quite a few years ago.Danny went to most bristol games and even pre season to non league opposition etc.He did say he went to Hungary ? with a local pub team and toured one of the hungarian football grounds.Hope you can help,he was a cracking lad,thank you phil If any of you know Danny (or are the man himself) and he wants to get in touch, please drop me an email to david.lloyd@bcfc.co.uk and I will pass on Phil's email address.
