Roe
Fontaine, Caulker and Carey can simply shift over 5 or 10 yards whenever he bombs forward to cover the left back position. Sorry that bit just made me laugh =]

Sorry that bit just made me laugh =] I guess it's a decentish idea but it's not gonna happen. I'm perfectly happy just to have a left sided midfielder at the moment though to be honest. It gives us a better balance than before.
The Bard
It should be simple - they are paid a fortune.
The Bard
To support my suggestion Bradley Orr was a poor reserve midfielder when he joined us. Johnson turned him into one of the better right backs in the Championship. Keith Curle joined us as a right winger, and Terry Cooper turned him into a centre half who played for England. He was a crap winger, but a cultured centre half. To get out of our situation, we need to become a better team. We've got 2 old, safe full backs, one of whom is really a centre half, the other who is living on borrowed time. We've recovered from an awful start, but we are becoming predictable - we need to evolve into a better side over the next 2 or 3 weeks.
