Just goes to show how much Sky is running football these days. If it wasn't live it would been abandoned ages ago. The lines were totally covered in the latter part of the first half, and any penalty shouts would have been debatable.

Don't think the snow is a problem. Marks are there if the ref would like a second view for a penalty claim. What happens happens.

A Horse With No Name
thats why both games are abandoned tomorrow? but the tv schedules can easily be rearranged at 24 hours notice, whereas if the Ipswich game was abandoned in the first half, how would they fill the time? You could tell the ref really wanted to abandon it when he took the players of on 55 minutes, but he simply couldn't. Any other League game, easy decision. I don't think Sky had anything to do with it, they have had matches abandoned before. I suspect had it been 0-0 at half time it would have been called off then. Think it was more a case of him bottling it when faced with Keane!
