Donald Posted January 1, 2011 Report Share Posted January 1, 2011 Well take that Taffs! What a great result and excellent performance and luck was certinatrly with us! Stead, Marv and Skuse were for me stand out performers. Stead was quality on the ball and created 2 great chances that were tapped in by pitman and LJ Elliott bossed midfield especially first half a d then played a great defensive role 2nd half Skuse kept Bellemy quiet excellent and barely gave him a touch in what was without doubt the best I've seen him play at right back. That said, no one really had a bad game, Pitman also showed again we can manage without Maynard. Cardiffs best chances where ones we gifted them and thankfully they wasted them, chorpa surprisingly! We could have been home and dry with the chances they gave us 2nd half but not too be. Could have finished 5-2, but more than happy with 3-0 and now 7 points clear of bottom 3. Despite all this, I hope Millen doesn't make a Johnson mistake and decide after this performance that we don't need players in, still need alternative options at left back and central midfield Glad to see back of 2010, welcome 2011.
