He only signed a short term contract with Mwall to get fit (played all the games when avaliable) as he took a break after the world cup. Linked with a return to QPR, Cardiff and Blackpool last week. Of course he would have been good enough for us, warnock is no mug and he's good enough for him, 250 appearances with the added bonus of just under 30 goals, would have been a good addition. Though agree priority in other positions are needed first. We were in for Shittu after the World Cup like many clubs, but he wanted a break before choosing his next destination. Talking to my Mwall friends they love him but wages are the problem. He would be perfect sat next to Caulker for me. Like S.Bcity say's he gets goals too. Still nice to see a realistic name suggested on here for once rather than the recent laughable names like Gibson.
