Mr Popodopolous Posted January 31, 2011 Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 He was never really quite up to Liverpool standard, not sure what it is but some players historically flourish at so called lesser clubs. Parker springs to mindgreat at Charlton and now great at West Ham but with Chelsea a big failure. Not altogether sure how he did at Newcastle. Glen Johnson is another- excellent at Portsmouth, but seems to be lacking (in a defensive sense at least) at Liverpool. The list is long no doubt.
