Another question regarding players wearing gloves. If you need to wear gloves because it is a bit cold, then why wear a short sleeved shirt? How long before Reebok bring out fur-lined football boots for winter wear and clubs replace Lucozade with Baxters so they can have cup-a-soup available on the touchline during cold weather games? I can't actually remember when was the last time we had a player with a moustache. Or a pipe. And some people put our long-term failure down to tactics and missing midfielders.
