It was the most load of rubbish put together i have ever heard! Toe nail clipping, Murray, chasing Thieves on bikes? It started like an advert and ended in god knows what. He sums up making his case for opposing the application by saying that if it gets turned down then all that happens is City fans carry on going to Ashton Gate to watch their crap football team (I'm paraphrasing, but that's essentially what he's said) whereas if it gets approved the local residents suffer the consequences. Well isn't that exacltly the attitude that's got Bristol where it is. No we don't need a modern arena, we can all just carry on going to the Colston Hall like we've done for the last 50 years. No we don't need a modern sports stadium we can all carry on going to two of the worst and most outdated stadiums in the league to watch avergae football sides. No we don't need a modern transport system we can all carry on riding bikes and getting the bus to town like we've done for 100 years.
