Jordan Tansley Posted March 17, 2011 Report Share Posted March 17, 2011 Haven't seen any comment on this tonight, But apprently Liam is facing surgery on his injured ankle and his season could be over. A shame, I think. Liam (despite the penalty against Norwich) has been in good form of late and is starting to develop into a real leader at the back, With Carey and Macca already out for a prolonged period we might see Spence play in his natural position and Ribs/Edwards given a go? Or will Stewart come in and be given the chance to show us he can paly a role next season? One thing is for certain, Liam will be the mainstay of our defence next season, so losing him for the end of this is a blow as we try build a new team. FORGOT THE BLOODY LINK...
