I have to admit at that 0-3 v Milwall in the first game, we looked every inch a team bound for relegation. So to take over that shambles a week later and have secured Championship status with 8 games to go, is a brilliant achievement. A really good eye for the sort of players to bring in and for keeping his nerve after a few difficult runs, well done! I'm enormously proud to have a team that we can really get behind next season (with or without Maynard)and who are capable of promotion, no doubt about it. Maynard, Pitman and Stead are a forward line that any team at this level would covet . Now is there a Bristol City under 8's team that the clueless ex-Swindle tosser Dave Hockaday, who is currently destroying my other club FGR, can take over next season? Please.......
