fka dagest
Bristol Rovers seem to have a master plan for next season. No players They have released 17 players BBC Sport - Midfielder Jeff Hughes heads Bristol Rovers exodus It would seem a slightly odd policy without having yet installed a new manager. I always thought Jeff Hughes was one of their better players. Is it all indicative of looming financial crisis?
Ryskip
Crisis indeed. No Hoskins, Lines, Hughes, Williams, keepers or manager... Have I forgot anyone?

Surely they can't have have a financial crisis looming they no longer have any overheads with no players on the books.
cheese
Apparently today was the deadline for letting the FA know who was being released. Therefore manager or no manager someone had to make a decision. Apparently St Aldhelms will be providing the players for next season.
Bristol_South_End
Crisis indeed. No Hoskins, Lines, Hughes, Williams, keepers or manager... Have I forgot anyone? They obviously thought keepers weren't that necessary to the team. They certainly weren't last season...
havanatopia
I wonder how much they sold Hoskins for?... somewhere over 500k i would have thought. Some new manager will have his work cut out. I cannot see the Gas starting particularly well now they have ripped the heart out of the team. I especially thought Gavin Williams was a useful player for them. There may be trouble ahead... alalallalaaaa... they will face the music and dance....a alalalla

Now he's done his duties, I hope GW finds himself a good club who will give him games.

Matty-H
If they struggle again next season, which is a decent possibility, I think I might do a sex wee. If they ended up in the conference I would unashamedly explode wads of jizz all over this forum. Prepare.
