Andy082005
Anyone what its like in terms of night life and how easy it is to get there? Cheers Bcfczd Went 3 years on the spin in 2008, 2009 and 2010. First two years were quality, but thought 2010 was poor. Seemed a lot younger (2008 and 2009) ranged from anything from late teens to late 20's. The week I went in 2010 everyone seemed about 17! Decent place though, great beach to in Nissi Beach. Would I recommend the place....absolutely
Riaz
Beauty of it is, that you dont have to stick to ayia napa. There are lots of little towns close by. Larnaca for example is a nice town.
InCider
Anyone what its like in terms of night life and how easy it is to get there? Cheers Bcfczd Fairly easy to get to, you can fly to Paphos or Larnaca. I flew to Larnaca and if you're not overly keen on flying, the descent into the airport comes as a bit of a shock. Nightlife is superb (big Garage scene), but it can get very edgy. A couple of people were stabbed when I was out there. Still, probably not much different to most city centres on a Saturday night. Worth a trip to Famagusta if you fancy doing something other than drinking and sunbathing in the day. If you want a more chilled night out Larnaca itself is still buzzing, but a bit more relaxed. Mind you, I went a few years ago now, so things might have changed a bit.
Talk Of The Town
I went 10 years ago and found it chippy as hell. loads of agro and blokes with massive egos! Its also 4 and a half hours on the plane. You can be in Magaluf,Benidorm or Ibiza in around 2 hours.
