By all accounts he is a very good coach as well good luck to him I say

Blimey, that's them in the bottom 3 me reckons then. Sorry Dyche, prove me wrong if you can but with limited funds and a rookie in charge it could be a very tough season for them.

Thats exactly what I thought when they appointed Malky Mackay.

And possibly Brendan Rodgers as well (though he had worked with Mourinho.)

I wonder whether having Graham Taylor on the board is beneficial to managers starting out there as that's 2 relative novices in a row who've started there and progressed.
