I was always worried there was no plan in place. Personally I have a back pack under my bed that I use for hiking, it has enough in there so I can leave the house within seconds and head to a safe location. They have to reply anyway, being a FOI request, so why not have a bit of fun? It does contrast sharply with Leicester CC's reply. The only problem now is that people with nothing better to do with their time seem to be copying the original request. As the Smiths sang, 'this joke isn't funny anymore'.
