Crackers Corner Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 I thought they had 3 months to appeal after the TVG decision?. judging by the way they have tried to delay the project so far I would expect any potential appeal to be lodged in the final week of this. that being said though the way they reacted so badly and showed a complete lack of class at the TVG meeting suggests to me that they saw that as their last realistic chance to block the build. perhaps their financial backer is reluctant to pay into a lost cause following legal advice?if there is no appeal is that finally it? can we call it the "TVG stadium" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
