If city aren't going to pay up his contract then give him a chance, surely! Looks like the back 4 for next season has been decided and barring injury that sadly doesnt include Hunt and Ribeiro. Millen obviously doesnt have much confidence in either and seems to prefer Wilson and Edwards. I have heard a rumour that Ribeiro will be going out on loan either back to Colchester or to Charlton Both have obviously been included in the side to play Frome to get 90 minutes of Football out of them...we shall see where we go after 5 this evening... If Hunt doesnt perform he will be destined for reserve team football for the majority of the season and if Ribeiro doesnt get through 90 minutes I think that will be it for him. Its only a pre season friendly but cant help thinking if Carey, McCallister and Nyatanga start against Ipswich we could have the same opening day score as last season!
