Redland
Food for thought for the TVG applicant's in terms of our aspirations for a new stadium and Premier League football - particularly since they have already been given a large Village Green on the remainder of the land. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/constructionandproperty/8697891/Premier-League-football-stadiums-push-up-house-prices-by-168pc.html
bs3
Not surprises one bit by this story. The houses around Ashton Gate are higher than the Souht Bristol average. I can only see the new stadium being a big benefit to Ashton Vale. It won't have an impact on the locals . I have lived very close to our home and there was not one negative impact on my life when I lived there.

What about the youths being chased through gardens, helicopters bringing in directors and rubbish from the really loud concert the previous night? Appears that the reality is different from what the TVG applicant's would have us believe.
