You would have preferred to have him say nothing? or perhaps he should have offered to buy them all a drink and we could sit and have a nice chat about it after the game? Yes, well done Marvin I am sure your contribution was very constructive! Henderson was leaving anyway, all James did was advise him as to which club to choose, it's not like he drove him there and is paying his wages. Were you amongst those booing him last week? bcfc_Jamie Posted August 15, 2011 Report Share Posted August 15, 2011 Personally don't think James did much wrong yesterday: was beaten to the ball by Hudson for the 1st goal but where was the marking?! good finish for the second goal and for the 3rd he made a good save from miller and earnshaw had a load of space just to tap it in the back of the net, you could see by his reaction that he was even suprised the goal was allowed! Guarntee Henderson turns out to be a Premier League gk in years to come. Just look at other gk's we had here in the past who didnt get a game but turned out to be Premier League goalkeepers e.g. Wayne Hennesey, Boaz Myhill, Ben Foster. WellRedPhil Posted August 15, 2011 Report Share Posted August 15, 2011 Elliot was at fault but was clearly hugely frustrated. Elliot clearly cares. The fact Elliot, Macca and Nyatanaga all had a go at James when it wasn't really his fault suggests they may not be his biggest fan. Of course that may not be the case but it is a little strange considering for that goal James didn't do too much wrong, although he should perhaps have tried to punch.
