1) Today we lost due to a lack of desire and will. This is the fault of both players and management, but I'm of the belief that ?k per week should be more than enough motivation.

2) Skuse is not a good player, need Marv or Cisse in the team at all times to win the ball in the middle. Killkenny was over stretched in the midfield.

3) We got too many wingers...well use 'em. Not enough service out wide. We got loads of assists from the flanks last year, so get it out wide.

4) Sitting deep and holding onto the ball is fine...just don't give it away in our own half.

5) Don't play 2 target men together, silly idea.

6) Track back wingers, Macca is not the quickest I agree, but if Woolford would give him a hand, as Macca had to deal with their Right winger and fb all night.

7) Good news is Wilson is looking class

Keep heads up guys, Norwich lost by 4 at home to a team 2 leagues below, and QPR and Swans did the same. West Ham out to Aldershot and numerous top and 2nd tier sides out in 'shocks'
