MC Risk
Right, while i have been quite vocal in my disapproval of Millen as manager, i always think in this league if you can take a point away from home that is a good result.....and we are now 3 games unbeaten with winnable games coming up. If we are on our game we can take brighton next home game!!! It is starting to look obvious that Millen is here to stay, and this season will take the same shape as last season.....we win a couple on the trot which keeps our heads above water just, then we will not win for 3-4 games. The season again will split the pro and anti millen camps, but we should all realise he is here to stay and another mediocre season and a finish of 15th-18th beckons imo Good result today lads
Alex_BCFC
At the moment I don't see Brighton as a winnable game at home with no goals at home to date this season after 270 minutes, us playing so poorly right now and they have started very well. If Millen stays I think we will do well to finish above the bottom 3.
City fan 1982
a good result today ?? we should at least be putting teams away like donny, who have not won in 4 attempts previously !! for me getting a point at brighton for example would have been a good point , not winless donny
Portland Bill
10 games in the Championship today 5 ended as draws. This League is so tight that any away point is good.
Red Exile
Given that we had one shot on target and one corner...and that they missed a pen...I'd have said coming away with a point was quite an achievement!
Snufflelufagus
The law of averages say we will score against Brighton. Whether or not that will be enough remains to be seen against the team that are top of the league and obviously playing with a lot of confidence. Against a team who had lost 5 in a row, BAD result, had we hung on for an undeserved win it would be a fab result but still a cr@p performance. MILLEN OUT! Red-Robbo
If you have learned anything about Bristol City over the years it's that we always disappoint in games we "should win" - and occasionally shock in games we're given no chance with (cf: Leicester) With regards to today, I'm happy with a point away from home, regardless of how poorly we played. I''d just like to see us return to winning at Ashton Gate before they knock the place down...
