Snufflelufagus
When a player leaves on a Bosman surely there should be a new rule that says, for any future transfer fee they may demand, then the club he left on a free gets a % of the fee. Why? The transfer fee covers the initial transfer and for the period of the contract. That is all, would you like it if your employer asked for a percentage of your new salary after you left your post?

Why? The players work for the club for the length of their contract and if they want to find work elsewhere they can do so. Why should previous employers be entitled to anything?
