fka dagest
Perhaps NTTDS could lend us one of his subbuteo goalkeepers and we could just leave it on the goal line. Could be quite effective.
Abraham Romanovich
Basso always looked stylish when picking the ball out of the back of the net. That's the real benchmark of a City keeper.

The Red Planet
We could get Basso back next season We could do worse. Tuesday night v Hull I counted at least five superb saves from Basso. Mainly 1st half I accept that when he was with us his kicking (especially from dead balls) was sometimes poor but he was inspirational and although I am not religious, I did like the way he held his hands together up to Heaven just before the start of games and as we know "We Always Believe" came from all that. You could say that his belief infected the team that got to Wembley . BTW - no goalie could have stopped that volley from Windass.
