fka dagest Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 and the most ludicrous suggestion of the season is already won... Oh I don't know... Brian Tinnion.
Guest ashtonphil Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Its a damn shame Holloway is a Saghead dont back against it.... i have a sneaky feeling about his one. he'll leave teams in the lurch if it was right (ask Plymouth) But Millen needs to be sacked first....
Guest poland_red Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 neil warnock - ian holloway - are you people even city?? total madness.........
Alex#40 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 NEIL WARNOCK And he should have come in after Johnson, end of Agree, but never going to happen as QPR are going well in the Prem and he is very chummy with they're new Chairman.
Murraysrightplum Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Why the f&£k would Colin want to leave qpr for us pile of poo?
Mr Gow Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 dont back against it.... i have a sneaky feeling about his one. he'll leave teams in the lurch if it was right (ask Plymouth) But Millen needs to be sacked first.... cant see a banjo lad ever managing city
mightyreds89 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 PHIL BROWN PLEASE or LEE CLARKE that said They would both come with a compensation payment that we could not afford. So I'll take Dave Jones!
Busterrimes Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 There are two very good reasons Neil Warnock would manage City (although I am not advocating this). In interviews he has always stated he would love the chance to manage City as to him we are a proper club. Secondly he has a farm in Devon he plans to retire too, City would make a perfect final job.
Guest AngelsBCFC Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 There is only one Person I would want Managing Bristol City FC.... Simon Cowell he's got The X Factor,The Money and could turn a crap Team into a Gold Money Team its supposed to be sarcastic before anyone says anything
Guest BCFCDOY Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 i dont care who becomes the new manager anything is better than this. if holloway came to city kept us up and made a squad next year and got automatic promotion would u all say no because he ex rovers. wat does it matter if he rovers or not i think he is a real good manager and would defiantly get them playing again like we know we can
Guest AngelsBCFC Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Steve Coppell ............HELL NO Phil Brown..........Don't have a Clue who he is so can't comment Gary Johnson..........HELL NO
Guest sportingmad0209 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 U guys say millen got no clue... Ffs
Welcome To The Jungle Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 NEIL WARNOCK And he should have come in after Johnson, end of Total bellend, he can **** off
paignton red Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I'd have skeletor here to manage, because he would make those bunch of wasters earn the fabulous money they get. ( + imagine the uproar from the saggies if he was successful !!!! )
CodeRed Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 There are two very good reasons Neil Warnock would manage City (although I am not advocating this). In interviews he has always stated he would love the chance to manage City as to him we are a proper club. Secondly he has a farm in Devon he plans to retire too, City would make a perfect final job. Maybe that was true when he was at Palace and working for Simon Jordan with no transfer funds and having to sell the best youngsters. That's when he made those comments but in the here and now - he's hit the holy grail with a club in the PL and a Chairman who's backing him to the hilt. He also recently said (last week) that he loves QPR, loves living in London, and he loves managing in the PL with the chance to compete on a level playing field thanks to Tony Fernandes support. He also said QPR would be his last job. So that's a clear no To be honest I'm not even sure now that the fans favourites Dave Jones and Billy Davies would come on board now. We're bottom of the league, playing to 12000 crowds in an old ground (the new ground having stalled) with a board that have been shown to be clueless and unsupportive (yes Sexstone that means YOU) If you were Jones or Davies wouldn't you wait for something better ? Jones might fancy the Forest job (McLaren has a "walk away" clause according to the papers) and Davies - who lives in the Midlands might fancy Coventry (surely thorn will follow Millen in the sack race) Cr
pride of the west Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 If theres 2 in employment at the mo id have lee clark or mad mick. Lee clark good young manager and has earnt quite alot of respect. Mad mick has done it and seen promotion for this league before and knows the score. Also friendly with SL and Sextoy.
cityfan Posted October 1, 2011 Author Posted October 1, 2011 I said Neil Warnock WAS the manager we should have employed WHEN Johnson was removed That's what we should have done That was the manager we should have had Don't care if people don't like him. He is proven at this level, all day long. Bottom of the league and I agree, who will want to touch us that has proven themselves at this level A significant moment for our future
Whale Eye Beef Hooked Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 For me i would love Cotterill from Portsmouth ..local lad done very well with no money and a small squad. Portsmouth play good football and he has also made some very good signings
Brizzle Jordan Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Although i dont think Roy Keane is a great manager tactically, i do however think he would shake it up and make them buck up their ideas!
Keith_Lemon Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 For me i would love Cotterill from Portsmouth ..local lad done very well with no money and a small squad. Portsmouth play good football and he has also made some very good signings From what I've been told by a Pompey mate of mine. There not happy with SC. Not liking his tactics or his style of play!
Slave to the rhythm Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 There are two very good reasons Neil Warnock would manage City (although I am not advocating this). In interviews he has always stated he would love the chance to manage City as to him we are a proper club. Prove it. I don't believe that bollocks.
CalgaryRed Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I'll happily take either Warnock or Holloway. I'll be happy to win for a change and have someone who will give our carousing primadonnas a thorough kick up the arse
chinapig Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Prove it. I don't believe that bollocks. I don't know about always but he certainly said it once, though some time ago now.
glynriley Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 For me i would love Cotterill from Portsmouth ..local lad done very well with no money and a small squad.
