Yeovil Player of the Season 2010/11. Felt sufficiently unloved at City to leave in the summer despite an improved contract. Presumably got a better offer at Pompey. City get left with as their number 2 a goalkeeper that after losing his place at Colchester was last playing on loan at Darlington. Those are the facts. Am I missing something? If gerken wasn't given a new deal, I suspect he would still be here - afterall, he'd be no 2 behind an elderly man. Those three could have been a soldi backbone for this team. We'll never know now what could have been acheived We are in the shit up to our necks now though...
