GrahamC
With all the talk of Millen it has gone unnoticed what a disappointment he's been. From a distance it seems to me that his sole asset is his ability to get under 21 players here, on a matchday he is even more inanimate than Millen and when picking your assistant surely the pre requisite is for someone who does the bits you can't? And as for his coaching, well, who has improved in his time here? When the time comes for change (this week) surely he has to follow Millen out of the door? catcott_red1
On the face of it he has not done anything and that is probably how it is. Been in the game a decent amount of time but together they just dont work (SW and KM). Would hope that when millen goes we get a whole clear out and the new man gets to bring in his backroom staff at the mo it seems to be just stagnent and we have had the same backroom staff for a good 6yrs but whether we have the cash to do that remains to be seen. It would put a new manager off greatly if he cannot bring in his own backroom staff and that is something we have to consider.
