harvey54 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Doesn't the fact that we can't appoint this week mean that we are looking at a manager that it employed at the moment? Surely if the right man was out of work he could be in by Saturday. Points towards McInnes or Cotterill as favourites I reckon
Pete1975Legend Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Or a delay with the candidate getting his pay off from his last club
nickolas Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Or the guy we wanted saying no meaning back to the search of the other candidates originally deemed not good enough ala coppell then millen!
Andy082005 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Oh good, another thread discussing what's already being discussed in other discussions... Discuss... Oh good another poster taken Robboreds position as forum police Discuss?
Esmond Million's Bung Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I cannot reveal my source but I have it on the highest authority, the delay is waiting for Robbie Savage to be kicked out of Strictly Cum Whilst Dancing, don't SHOOT the messenger.
SC_Red Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Have I missed something? Where is Robbored? the club paid for him to go on a cruise just in case he rates the new manager and dooms him to fail within a year
... Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 the club paid for him to go on a cruise just in case he rates the new manager and dooms him to fail within a year Not true. SL is having ONE HELL of a problem getting GJ to trust him again - after last time. This is going to cost City a packet to get him back. AND he still has a house by the training ground .................
The Casual Connoisseur Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Have a look at recent posts on the odds threads for an interesting rumour!!!
rednotblue Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I heard the reason is that the new manager is Peter De Villiers and SL has gone out to Africa to personally seal the deal.......
The Casual Connoisseur Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Probably bullshit it's very popular on thus forum.
Hicksy-BCFC Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Have I missed something? Where is Robbored? Interviewing....
Guest Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Have I missed something? Where is Robbored? Have you ever seen him & Keith Millen in the same room together?
Esmond Million's Bung Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Have you ever seen him & Keith Millen in the same room together? OMG, you have now conjured up a picture of the two of them in the same room 'alone together' and I can't shift it.
SC_Red Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Have you ever seen him & Keith Millen in the same room together? no. He refuses to go into rooms with the city manager since Johnson humiliated him and he had to lie his way out of it
Esmond Million's Bung Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 no. He refuses to go into rooms with the city manager since Johnson humiliated him and he had to lie his way out of it Just imagine if RR had directed the Sparticus film and the moment of the most famous scene arrives and the Roman asks "are you Sparticus?" and the replies is "no not me gov, honest".
