BookEnd Posted December 3, 2011 Report Share Posted December 3, 2011 Morning all, I recently ordered tickets online for todays match (first time doing it online) and I just read on the OS that ''Collections for tickets booked online will require the relevant e-mail confirmation to be presented as proof of purchase.'' now here's my problem, I don't have access to a printer prior to todays match so am unable to bring a copy of the email to the ticket office. Will I still be able to collect my tickets without said email, or am I in trouble here? Hopefully there's a few here who has experience with this. Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help! Unfortunatley my Blackberry is out for repair (again!) so can't directly show them the email, but I can most certainly jot down my client and booking reference and give that to them!
