The worst aspect of the current legislation is how few people can launch these phoney applications - and how they don't even need to live near the site. bs3 Posted December 19, 2011 Report Share Posted December 19, 2011 A news item on Radio 4 Today program said the village/town green process is being abused by campaigners up and down the country and therefore stifling growth and much needed housing, I'm sure the goverment is going to at least change the criteria of the planning process concern these types of applications.
